Below are the base prices for our various models along with home construction, features and finishes included. When you are shopping around, be sure to compare construction techniques and all items included in the base price.
Next is a list of available options along with estimated costs. If you don't see an option you want, be sure to ask if it is available. Also shown are credits for items removed from a house plan.
Finally, is a list of city and county fees for permits, tests, surveys, etc. These fees are not required on every project, this list is provided so you are aware of possible additional costs.
