Next is a list of available options along with estimated costs. If you don't see an option you want, be sure to ask if it is available. Also shown are credits for items removed from a house plan.

Finally, is a list of city and county fees for permits, tests, surveys, etc. These fees are not required on every project, this list is provided so you are aware of possible additional costs.

Don't substitute the quality of your home for price! Our prices may be higher than other area home builders, but we try to provide a turn-key home, including everything needed to meet or exceed the minimum required by county or city building code.

Monroe County, City of Marathon or City of Key West Fees:
